Там используется Obsoletes: mlt-sdl <= 7.30.0 Но нужно бы сделать Conflicts: mlt-sdl < 7.34.1 Obsoletes: mlt-sdl < 7.34.1 Я отклонил публикацию в тестинг. Пакет mlt используется в пакетах kdenlive и plasma6-kdenlive. Вписан в жесткие зависимости.
