Mmmm... Yes, the icon has increased, but no sharpness. Most likely icon is small and simply increased.

Yes, I think so too. This means that the size of the relevant icons simply do not have the size and it takes less and stretches.

You can assign to designers  this bug, if such this icon is not good enough.
