Gnome-paint has only 16x16 icon. You can check it here: https://code.google.com/p/gnome-paint/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fdata%2Ficons

icon is https://gnome-paint.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/data/icons/16x16/apps/gp.png

Resolution: upstream doesn't provide scalable icon or icon of more size.
