For Megafon 4G modem E392 I have not 4G support and could not find Megafon APN "Moscow" in existing items.
Please add LTE and 4G support to modemmanager and add Megafon APN for Moscow
As I see  - LTE 4G support now exists http://sigquit.wordpress.com/tag/modemmanager/

I see LTE support is only plans, not released - in changelog from 0.4 to 0.5 and 0.5.0 to 0.5.2 and also 0.5.2 to 0.5.4 still not LTE support approved. We need wait...

We update modemmanager in LTS for stable 0.5.2 version with NM 0.9.4, but LTS support is not possible, as developers add it.
